Hello, from the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado!
Allow me to
introduce myself; I am Carol Games, I am a native Texan. (I know what
you’re thinking... another Texan!!….) I moved to Colorado in 1985, so
I’m almost a native!!
I am fortunate
to have the opportunity to live in this gorgeous place! I came here out
of a love for the mountains and outdoor recreation! I lived in Colorado
Springs for the past 25 years before my husband Tony and I moved to
Salida, Colorado in the Spring of 2010.
We have two grown children, a daughter, Rachael and son in law Ben, and
son Zachary.
My interests include spending quality time with my husband and family.
Photography, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and golf are other
hobbies I enjoy! I love most anything outdoors!
I have a strong faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I feel
blessed when given the opportunity to minister to and mentor youth and
young women.
I am the owner
of Colorado Alpine Properties, LLC and a former co- owner/broker of a
United Country franchise. I started my Real Estate career in Westcliffe,
Colorado amidst the spectacular Sangre De Cristo Mountains in 1990.
After a great
experience there, I changed my focus to the Front Range for the next 18
years! It was there that I became a part of a very knowledgeable and
professional land development team. I truly found my niche, I learned so
much about land and the importance of good land planning and design. I
thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the planning and design of future
mountain ranch communities while continuing to assist clients and their
families realize their lifelong dreams to own their "piece" of Colorado!
We purchased
and developed over 20 premium mountain ranch communities in Teller,
Fremont and Park Counties, here in southern Colorado. We spent a lot of
time walking land and studying all of it's natural features in order to
help create an atmosphere of privacy and beauty that our clients could
appreciate and enjoy for years to come.
Our goal was
never to “over populate” the mountain areas but rather to maintain the
highest integrity of the land while satisfying the needs of our clients.
We accomplished those goals and made a lot of great friendships along
the way.
